Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026. This policy explains what personal data BestCasinoApps collects, why, and what rights you have over it under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who We Are
BestCasinoApps is operated by Freddie Davies, trading as BestCasinoApps, registered at 92 Duke St, Liverpool, Merseyside, L1 5AG, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy-related question, contact [email protected].
What We Collect
- Usage data — pages visited, referring site, device/browser type, and approximate location (derived from IP address), collected automatically via standard web-server logs.
- Quiz answers — the "Find Your App" tool runs entirely in your browser; your answers are never transmitted to us or stored server-side.
- Contact-form submissions — if you email us directly, we retain that correspondence to respond to and resolve your query.
We do not require account registration to use this site, and we do not collect payment information — all "Visit App" links take you to the operator's own site, where any registration and payment happens under that operator's own terms and privacy policy.
Hosting & Third Parties
This site is served as a static build with no server-side database — there is no user account system to be breached. Standard hosting-provider access logs are retained only as long as needed for security and abuse prevention, typically no more than 90 days.
Outbound links to operator sites (via our /go/ redirect pages) are affiliate
links — clicking one may result in a cookie being set by the destination operator, under
their own privacy policy, not ours. We do not control or receive personal data from that
exchange beyond aggregate click-through counts.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to data portability where applicable. Since we don't operate a user-account system, the practical scope of this is limited to correspondence you've sent us directly.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK's supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the site or applicable law changes. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above. See also our Cookie Policy and Terms of Use.
Privacy Policy — Frequently Asked Questions
Do you sell or share my personal data with third parties?
No. We don't sell personal data to anyone, and we don't share it with the operators we list unless you click through to one of their sites yourself, at which point you're interacting directly with that operator under their own privacy policy — not ours.
Do you use cookies to track me across the web?
We don't run analytics or advertising trackers of our own — see our Cookie Policy for the full breakdown. The only cookies that can appear are ones set by an operator's site after you click a link to visit them, which we have no control over.
How do I request a copy of the data you hold on me?
Email [email protected] and we'll respond within one month, as required under UK GDPR. In practice this usually just means whatever correspondence you've sent us directly, since we don't run accounts or track individual visitors by identity.
What happens to my data if I email your support address?
We keep the email thread only for as long as needed to resolve your query and to have a record in case you follow up later. We do not add email addresses collected this way to any marketing list.
Does this policy apply to the operator apps I click through to?
No — once you leave our site via a "Visit App" link, you're on the operator's own site or app, governed entirely by their own privacy policy and data practices. We'd encourage reading theirs too before registering.
